[Cluster-tech] DX-Cluster protocol docs

I'd need detailer dxcluster protocol documentation in order to continue
development of IRC "dxcluster" bot
(http://www.argo.es/~jcea/irc/modulos/dxcluster.htm, web in Spanish).

Pages like http://www.dxcluster.org/tech/pcprot.html are simply not
detailed enough. They don't describe the duplicate suppresión algorithm,
max length for each field of how to escape "^" chars.

Any info appreciated.
