Hi All.
 
Apologies if this is not specifically the right place, but I can only assume
that this is where they have come from given what is in the header (or the
source of the list of email addresses anyway).
 
I'm not sure who has started sending out these polite reminder messages from
CDX (only in the last few days), but would they kindly remove me from the
list for receiving these.
