is declared as "badspotter" with set/badspotter <call>, make a spot (dx or
ann, etc.), the spot is forwarded to the adjacent nodes.</FONT></DIV>

command is to stop spots from the badspotter callsign being propagated
(as reported into the admin manual); so, at the moment, it seems this
command is filtering only the incoming traffic.</FONT></DIV>
