<div>It still isn't working.</div>
<div>And yes, I have killed all the spider process and let the cluster.lck alone so it couldnt startup till I wanted to.</div>
<div>So what have I tried till now ?</div>
<div>Ran perl user_asc twice. Only users.v3 is been created.</div>
<div>And I ran spider, wich gave me instantly the error to run create_sysop.pl.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>K back to remove dupefile,users.v3 and ran perl user_asc again twice.</div>
<div>ran create_sysop.pl twice. Both answerred no on the question to destroy user database. </div>
<div>Answerred once yes to the reset cluster and sysop information and last time no on it.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Cluster starts up normal, I see the other nodes getting contacted and connected. </div>
<div>But then I see again the following :</div>

<div>If I'm wrong, correct me, but I think all the nodes are connected as users instead as nodes.</div>
<div>Node sends data, cluster doesn't understand it as user and sends back its prompt.</div>
<div>After a while of such traffic the node just disconnects due to many errors.</div>
<div>This whole process keeps repeating :(</div>

users.v3 is created -- an 8k file, but<br>has none of the node/node_alias info in it. Running create_sysop.pl again<br>loads all the info.<br><br>><br>> --<br>> Dirk Koopman <<a href="mailto:djk@tobit.co.uk">
