<DIV>(user/node <call> has logged in/out) to be sent whenever users log in or</DIV>
<DIV>out of the other node(s).</DIV>

<DIV>3. Add the set/buddy command. This allows users to mark their buddies</DIV>
<DIV>and see whenever they log in or out anywhere in the cluster. They do not</DIV>
