<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>In the past this problem has been caused by AR
Cluster software. Certain errors cause program execution to halt with
an error message and an OK button. Whenever the OK button is pressed,
program execution resumes. All the DX Spots, announcements etc that may
have been waiting for hours, or even days are then processed. With DX
Spots, this is not a problem as they have times and dates and these spots
are dropped for being too old.. However, announcements do not have
times and dates and are not dropped, no matter how old they are. I
suspect that a certain error was passed on the backbone and caused several
AR Clusters to lock up. When the sysops press their OK buttons, they each
release their queued up announcements into the rest of the cluster
system. </FONT></DIV>
