This bug is caused by AR Cluster. Certain
errors cause AR Cluster software to halt with an OK button on the screen.
Pressing the OK button allows program execution to continue, sending out
all the announcements which have queued up while it was halted.
AR Clusters do not disconnect each other for not returning pings, another
bug. So AR Clusters can stay connected to each other for days in a halted
state. Then they are allowed to continue by pressing the OK button.
DX Spots have time/date stamps so old ones are dropped.
Announces have no date/time stamps so they are not stopped.
