Notice that there are hours between the messages repeating. This tells
me someone is storing and retransmitting them.<br>

Interesting, since posting my initial message, I am not seeing these
announcements repeating. I assumed it was a Cluster issue after seeing
some announcements complaining of the looping as well as several
messages in the ar-cluster yahoo group.<br>
<br>
I have restarted my node, so maybe a corrupt dupefile. Next question
is, where is this dupe file stored?<br>
