Hi

The problem Remco is faced to is that he can't login with the 7QNL
call sign into a dx-spider node.
The dx announcement with a 7QNL call is OK.

I think the client in /spider/src needs some modification to allow
7QNL to login:

login: 7qnl
Sorry 7QNL is an invalid callsign

For th time being, AR clusters do allow 7QNL to loging
Hello James,

For my planned DXpedition to Malawi (May/June) the Malawian
Government issued me the callsign 7QNL (yes, that's it).

Like cats, HAMs are not very prone towards changes, thus
I got a few issues concerning 'invalid calls', errors,
warnings
in logging software etc.

Solved them almost all.. by contacting the authors etc.

Nowadays it are not the adminisatrations of UN member states
who
decide validity of administratative issues, but .. the
databases! ;-)

I encountered a problem logging into the DXcluster network
with
my Malawi callsign, as I hope to create internet access
abroad
and use the cluster.

People told me to contact you, as the DXspider software uses
your
list/database/information to determine if a call is 'valid'.

I am not sure what the procedures are, or if I might address
you
as the wrong person, but can you add 7QNL to your list of
valid calls
to be able to login?

Thanks in advance & kind regards,

Remco , 7QNL / PA3FYM
