<div><span><span></span></span> </div><div><span><span>It will be open to any Young leader who is 13yrs old or above.</span></span></div><div><span><span></span></span> </div><div><span><span>There will be a small fee to cover resources and the course is outlined below:</span></span></div>
<div><span><span><u></u></span></span> </div><div><span><span><u>Course Structure</u><br>Each Award covers the following:<br></span></span></div><ul><li><span><span>Introduction to Leadership </span></span><span><span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span>Overview of the game</span></span></li><li><span><span>Delivering</span></span></li><li><span><span>Umpiring</span></span></li><li><span><span>Organising a festival</span></span></li><li><span><span>Managing a team (Bolt-on module)</span></span></li>
</ul><div><span><span>On completion of the course I would then expect a commitment from Young leaders to help out with either Junior training on a Sat morning or Dev training on a Mon evening.</span></span></div><div><span><span></span></span> </div>
