Hi Dirk & all,

Messages are sometimes forwarded and sometimes not forwarded to directed
nodes (forward routine is not triggered), no matter they are private or
public (bulletin). This was reported by JA5EXW Mr Saiki earlier.

What I feel is the messages directed to nodes which don't have SSID are OK.
And those to nodes with SSID are not forwarded (as far as I feel HI).

I should add, announcements and spots are correctly forwarded under filter
control to all nodes with and without SSID.

By the way I would like to appreciate that DX Spider implemented static
forwarding method.
