[Dxspider-support] V1.39

Hi Dirk et al,
Version 1.39 is running FB at GB7MBC with many thanks!  I even managed
to work out how to update the keps!  Not bad for a thicky like me.  Yes
I know they were upto date but I wanted to find out how to do it :-)
BTW, is there a fix for the dupe spots problem in this release?
