[Dxspider-support] PC73

Hi Dirk et al,
You may have noticed the lack of WCY beacons recently.  This is mainly
due to the fact that CLX now uses a new PC frame to gather them like
WWV.  This is PC73 and the only way we will get the beacons back is to
support this frame.  Any chance?
