[Dxspider-support] SSID = 0

Hi!
When the dxspider client is invoked by ax25d with %S (SSID) as argument,
SSID 0 (SM7GVF-0) is not accepted, a dissconnect occurs. Other SSID:s
are accepted. If %u is used, my neighbouring cluster cannot connect, and
with out it my users cannot.
A minor adjustment of the code I guess.
