Hi Ian,

                I have checked with my user on this unseen spot thingy and
after he reset his filter to reflect the top end of the highest band he
wanted instead
of the bottom end of the band , the unseen spot problem (IE His spot not
reflected back to him) was solved (he tells me). Suggest you get your user
to check any filters he has for correct settings.
