Thanks Dirk,
                         It looks like with care , the Internet node
(available via packet connection) could be set up using isolate then which
would allow our normal cluster interchanges with my next in line (gb7wdx)
whilst restricting the data from the ARClus to my own specific node (and not
resending it to WDX and the network causing a loop). That is what I wanted
to guard against. However this project is some months away due to the
sysop's impending house move. By then my 1.47a version will probably have
been upgraded to include the other , enhanced , systems in current and
onwards CVS's

Glad to know for most purposes ARClus is compatible (we are only looking for
spots mainly to overcome frequent breaks in the packet network).  I, and
probably others too , look forward to the enhanced data in the manual
covering this topic.
