[Dxspider-support] dxspider running on aix 4.3.2.0

Hi,

I managed to let dxspider run on a rs6000 under aix 4.3.2.0

First ran in some problems as there was no libdb available. Installed the
BerkeleyDB with the perl.DB_File. program is very sloooow now, so have to
find out why.

I also changed all appearences of send_file in the client.c to ssend_file
because send_file was already used in socket.h.
