I think you have a filter somewhere rejecting spots originated outside EU
so maybe a " sh/filter node_default " will give you an answer...

You said in your first message that those spots with other hop count
than 23 were not shown, and in your last message, you say you receive
one with H97, but not the previous which has an origin node from NA,
so that is something to think about.

ask for sh/filter node_default , sh/filter user_default  or simply
a sh/filter node_call  to see if something has been defined.
