[Dxspider-support] connect timeout

ah... ok.  but why does all activity in the cmd window stop for 45
seconds?  in addition, telnet responses also stop during the same time
period.  tried the same thing twice.  in both cases, everything stopped
for 45 seconds.  I could understand 15 seconds, not 45??
