[Dxspider-support] ann in crontab ask for registering !

Running 1.49 build 56.874

In /spider/local_cmd/crontab :

0, * * * * run_cmd('ann  DX-CLUSTER KORTRIJK:JO10PV '.cldate.' '.ztime)

get answer :  Sorry,You need to be registered.

For the moment I do not want registering .Can this be solved without ?
