Something wrong with mail :

As You see I have read the msg just written by myself and the "read flag -" appears 
behind the msg nr.
The user when online get's the msg  "New mail has arrived for you" but  gets nothing to read
anymore doing "r" 

He see's the msg as already read when doing  "dir"
