Basically, I am sorry but I don't like 'listen-only' links. I believe
that they break the network. (I think I am now qualified to make that
assertion, having bent the PC protocol to beyond breaking point).

I suspect it is possible, by playing with set/isolate and filtering but
it isn't easy. The whole routing thing is based on the idea that you
will at least exchange PC19 for each other's 'personal' node info. 

Why is it necessary - really?
