I don't know if this is connected with Roland's problem - but PC17's
issued to K9CW from K9USA (both Spider build 56.886, recent CVS) and
originating on K9USA are not causing the callsigns to be removed from
K9CW's user list. Thus, sh/c K9USA issued on K9CW reports users that are
long gone. The debug log at K9CW indicates that the PC17's are being
received.
