There was a software problem which, sod's law operateth, only seems to
have concerned DXC (mostly), probably because it is a radio link and
usually the last to link (or at least last in the list of nodes that
might want a copy of a particular bull).

Anyway, I hope I have at least improved matters and hopefully cured it.

This was actually a route filtering problem (sysop generated at GB7DJK,
not software, to cope with a routing loop which happened yesterday).
This is now fixed better (hopefully) and will be fixed permanently when
GB7MRS upgrades to 1.48/CVS.
