[Dxspider-support] PC16/17 problem

Hi Dirk et al,
I am afraid that the latest CVS still does not fully address the looped
networks problem.  However, I have solved mine by filtering out G and EI
information at the pi4tue-8 end (one of my links).  I had an input
filter at my end that should have done it but it didn't seem to be
working.  By doing an rcmd to pi4tue-8 though I have solved the
problem.  Boy does this network need some work! :-)
