[Dxspider-support] Problem with TALK

If you run watchdbg in another window whilst someone is trying this, you
should see a PC10 emitted for each talk message. If this happens then
the problem lies with the intermediate node(s).

Also, if DXSpider can't route a talk (in other words it can't "see" the
called station then it will issue an error message), eg:

callsign G7BRN not visible on the cluster

If you don't get the error message then I can (virtually [touch wood])
guarantee that the PC10 is being sent (unless there are some rude words
in the talk and you have the default installation [do: sh/log <call> to
find out]).
