[Dxspider-support] TNC User Settings

Hi Group

Firstly happy new year to you all

The GB7DXG cluster is now starting to attract more and more users here in
Guernsey
and ive now started noticing Some users becoming a little aggressive with
their TNC settings and  are asking for data but not leaving enough time for
the cluster to respond this is causing excessive and unnecessary retries.
I've asked the users to check their Frack, Slottime, Dwait and Persist
settings but was wondering
if the group had any recommendation re user TNC settings and maybe cluster
TNC settings.

The cluster here is windows ME and AGW packet engine.
