[Dxspider-support] HELP!

Hello group,

Can someone assists me?  I have been running Dx Spider for over a year
now with no problems at all.  As Murphy is still alive and do well, the
spider software crashed , I not sure why.  Now when I restart the
server, I cannot connect to anything.  The system keeps telling me "User
not allowed".

Here is the print out of what was happening.  I appreciate any and all
suggestions. We here in Houston, TX USA just enjoy this software
package.
It is the best thing since butter and bread ( HAHAHAHAHHA)
