KISS does not support querying of the TNC parameters.  It does not have
an AXD parameter. This could probably be achieved in software, if
necessary, but I do not know if AGW supports this.  Since packet is
rarely used over a voice repeater, the normal default value in for AXD
in TNC firmware is zero.
