[Dxspider-support] ax25 Utils

OK folks,
I have included a section in the installation manual about setting up
the ax25 utils.  I have tried to make it accurate but if something does
not work, don't shoot me :-)
Any comments, good or bad, are welcome.
The new version of the manual is in CVS now and should be available from
http://www.dxcluster.org in CVSLatest.tgz by tomorrow morning (UTC)
