In /etc
Which I suspect doesn't exist nor does it work on a Windows machine
which you may be running?
And if you are, I don't how to solve your problem 'cos I am not a
windows person (even though I wrote the software). I presume it is
possible to have a batch file that loops forever and restarts the node.
Unfortunately, without looking I can't tell you the syntax.
Maybe someone more skilled than me can post it on here and I will stick
it in the FAQ.

Please Note: Some Quantum Physics Theories Suggest That When the
