Hi Dirk
No,there is no send.pl in local_cmd .
The file swop.pl in  cmd/load  is the same  as in the latest cvs  and dated  24 nov 99.
There is no other swop.pl .
I know it probably happens only on my system .
On ed7zab it works  ok .
It works ok with other bulletin adr  described in forward.pl  f.e.  on 
It is not so important but I just wanted to ask what I could have done wrong hi !
