[Dxspider-support] R: SEND BULLETIN

Edit Forward.pl.  The format is in the existing file (it may
be called forward.issue so rename it forward.pl). Enter the
kinds of bulletin you want to receive and send. You must
work with your next in line cluster node though and tell him
the bulletins you want.

If you want to receive bulletins from a "normal" BBS you
should set the callsign of the BBS like this  SET/BBS
<callsign>. Except I don't think that command works yet so
you will have to get your bulls from your neighbour cluster
node.

If Forward.pl doesn't have the correct permissions you will
have to change it using CHMOD. (Assuming you use Linux).
