[Dxspider-support] PC90 ?

It is me playing about with NP. I have decided that it isn't going to
happen with a rewrite, plus the fact that I have done most of the
heuristics for everything else so I am just going to fix the things that
are really broken.

The next CVS release of DXSpider is likely to have PC16,17,19 and 21
replaced by PC90 for inter-DXSpider node connections.

It may run them in parallel for a while, but it may not.

I am hoping that PC90 would not actually break anything (non-DXSpider).
