[Dxspider-support] CLEAR/ROUTE - correction to docs

This is a correction for the online documentation for the CLEAR commands.

The syntax given for the CLEAR/ROUTE command is (from "apropos CLEAR"):
CLEAR/ROUTE [input] <callsign> [0-9|all] Clear a route filter line

This doesn't seem to work. It should be:
CLEAR/ROUTE <callsign> [input] [0-9|all] Clear a route filter line

which is how the ACCEPT and REJECT commands work.

I think that this correction applies to the [input] version of all of the
CLEAR commands.
