[Dxspider-support] ERROR - Help Node Down

OK Folks...
When trouble shooting the setup of the WEB interface for my node, I
uninstalled and re installed the PERL software for my node. When the power
went out, I had to restart the node.   I went to the install instructions
and figured I needed to install the packages...

When I do the c:\ppm\ppm install Data-Dumper.ppm  I get this message
Error: No suitable installation target found for the package Data-Dumper

What am I doing wrong???

Help I need to get this backup up!!!!
