Hi!

Maybe we are talking about a network problem. What I found in the logs:

S51ZO enters a spot:
I S51ZO dx 144039 sv1btr Pse lsn....

It is send to several nodes:
D S50CLX PC11^144039.0^SV1BTR^23-Nov-2002^0624Z^Pse
lsn....^S51ZO^S50DXS^H24^~
D K9USA PC11^144039.0^SV1BTR^23-Nov-2002^0624Z^Pse
lsn....^S51ZO^S50DXS^H24^~
etc on several nodes...

But after 16 minutes it comes back again as spot originating from F5MZN-3
node:
I K9USA PC11^144039.0^SV1BTR^23-Nov-2002^0640Z^Pse
lsn....^S51ZO^F5MZN-3^H94^~
I 5B4NDX PC11^144039.0^SV1BTR^23-Nov-2002^0640Z^Pse
lsn....^S51ZO^F5MZN-3^H94^~
etc...

I already started to write an email to F5MZN when I did an sh/ann 50 f5mzn.
That's what I got:
28Jun2002 at 16:48:26 K1TTT -> ALL la3waa is using dxtelnet and putting spots
back into f5mzn-3 node.
28Jun2002 at 16:58:49 PA9JJ -> ALL la3waa is on F5MZN-3. Please someone send a
talk  message to him
12Oct2002 at 22:04:50 EA7WA -> ALL somebody at F5MZN-3 is reinjecting spots,
please check your softwares
26Oct2002 at 14:14:26 EA7WA -> ALL Somebody at F5MZN-3 is reinjecting spots,
please check the programms
26Oct2002 at 14:25:08 EA7WA -> ALL there is a Loop created by somebody
connected to F5MZN-3 using
04Nov2002 at 11:34:58 DL2KBR -> ALL Station EA7WA at F5MZN-3 is not the real
one... somebody pirating him
23Nov2002 at 07:48:33 F5MZN-3 -> ALL The spannish guy who is reinjecting spots
into f5mzn-3 is now blacklisted
23Nov2002 at 07:48:40 F5MZN-3 -> ALL sri for the trouble
23Nov2002 at 21:55:55 F5MZN-3 -> ALL A spanish guy was again reinjecting
spots -- probably the same as this morning
23Nov2002 at 21:56:01 F5MZN-3 -> ALL I apologize for the trouble

So maybe this is the reason that your duplicate spots problems is sometimes
there and sometimes it isn't...
