2a. The modules you may need are:-
cpan> install Date::Parse
cpan> install Time::HiRes
cpan> install Digest::SHA1
cpan> install Data::Dumper
cpan> install Curses
Some of these may be 'up-to-date', depending on which version of perl
you install.
