[Dxspider-support] what am I doing in correct???

Er...

why do you want to do this at all?

Copy /spider/perl/Listener.pm to /spider/local
remove the # in front of the line with '0.0.0.0' in it
change to port to 8000 if that is what you want
restart node

job done.
