[Dxspider-support] telnet->telnet->remote cluster connection

Thanks Brendan,

I hope the problem is echo negotiation on 23. The other alternative is
unfortunately the Win2k/Linux issue which I'd rather not think about ;o)

I've a request in with our sysadmin to open another port.
