[Dxspider-support] Execute command at user connect

Simon:
You will need to create a file with the user's callsign as the
filename.  Put the commands that the user wants to execute into this
file.  Place the file in the /spider/scripts subdirectory.  That's it. 
Works fine, only problem is that the sysop needs to create/modify each
user's file.  I think that the ability for the user to create/edit this
file is on Dirk's TO DO list.
