[Dxspider-support] Bug in sh/dx command

Charlie - sh/dx on 2m works fine on our cluster.
Sh/dx on 144100 (or 144100.0) does not work on our cluster - it gives a mess
of other spots.

It looks like there's a bit more to the bug you noticed.

1. The bug shows only when you do "sh/dx on 2m"  A simple "sh/dx" does
not show the problem.

2. The bug also shows only when the frequency is entered as "144100" 
Enter the frequency as "144100.0" and the problem does not appear.
