DB_File.pm is a Perl module, responsible for handling data in Berkeley 
DB v. 1 format, commonly used in DXSpider.
If missing in your distribution, download it from

http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/P/PM/PMQS/DB_File-1.806.tar.gz
unpack, then run:

perl Makefile.PL
make
make install

and proceed where you failed recently.
