[Dxspider-support] Messages ....

I thought it was on here somewhere, but I can't find it.
In \spider\msg               (on a windows 2000 box)
I have messages m001148 to m001180
All of a sudden the next new msg got numbered 999
and the next new msg got numbered 1
Msgno says 1181

Short of resetting the message base by stoppng the
node, deleting all the messages and restarting, is
there any way out of this?
