[Dxspider-support] Error Messages (repeated).

There is a problem with the DB files used by some vendors. When you see
this sort of error it means that the dupe file is corrupted. A more
usual symptom is duplicate spots or announces.

The standard cure (on windows) is to: stop the node, delete
c:\spider\data\dupefile and then start the node.

(on unix systems: rm /spider/data/dupefile, then restart the node)

This is in the FAQ but it bears repeating.
