Hi Bill
I had the same problem with my Tiny2
I traced the problem on my Tiny2 to the Z80SIO IC socket letting go on some
pins.
I changed the IC socket to a good quality turned pin holder and it been fine
since.
Hope that helps.

Subject: [Dxspider-support] Tiny-2 TNC Problem
Hello,
I'm having a problem with a PacComm Tiny-2 TNC. It occasionally locks up
with the 'sta' LED on. Has anyone else had this problem, or know how to
resolve it?
The TNC is located about 150 miles away, and I don't have a copy of the
manual. Assuming it will take any input from the serial port, does anyone
know of any command that would reset or restart the Tiny-2?
Thanks in advance!
73, Bill
