[Dxspider-support] GNU prefix

Which is the correct thing to do. BUT, I would appreciate it if those
people who are on CVS to wait until I have done this mod myself and
issued it. That way we won't have any complaints about the various
prefix files having conflicts and people complaining on here about it.

Is this urgent?
