This can be solved by using the CPAN installation method as described
several times by Dirk and Ian in their manuals.

The only thing that is different is that you have to use the force
install command, like:

perl -MCPAN -e shell

force install Data::Dumper

The problem is that Data::Dumper refuses to pass one (innocent) test.
With the force option Data::Dumper will be installed anyway, and has no
negative influence on the functioning of Spider.
