Sure, here it is.  Nothing fancy at all.  I just find it helps to be
able to see the obscount go up and down on suspect links.

I have my new "sh/wm7d" command working.  It's a sh/qrz knockoff, but
the database it accesses shows the US county.  I'll send that when the
error handling is completed.
