Hello to all,

I write to the list for few questions:

1) does anyone of you installed the DXSPider on a Mandrake 9.0 ??
if yes: have you started correctly the java interface ???

2) I don't have any password prompt in telnet session even if I've set
the set/var $main::passwdreq = 0 in my startup file (cmd directory)

3) as sysop user I must write "client hb9dhg" (even if I'm the sysop of the
cluster)
but in Manual is written that this must be read from the DXVars
configuration file

4) When I give the command set/sys_qra this is the error I receive:
Can't use string ("set/qra HB9OK-9") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in
use at /spider/perl/DXCommandmode.pm line 413.
   at /spider/perl/DXCommandmode.pm line 456

5) When I give the command sh/conf this is the error I receive:
1057054222^Use of uninitialized value in string eq at (eval 98) line 26.

6) when I want to use the console.pl this is the error:
   $ console.pl
   Can't locate Curses.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /spider/local /spider/perl
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl .) at
./console.pl line 36.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./console.pl line 36.

for this I've tried to install the Curses .. but unsucessfully.

For Informations I run Mandrake 9.0 on a i686 Compaq PC.

ONLY THIS CPAN Modules I've correctly installed without ERRORS:

Digest-SHA1-2.02.tar.gz
Net-Telnet-3.03.tar.gz
TimeDate-1.14.tar.gz
Time-HiRes-01.20.tar.gz

Last: running DXSpider V1.51 build 57.253

Thanks in advance for any TIP.
